Morning thoughts:

Yes, that is a photo from 2007 from a photoshoot in which Lionel Messi is bathing a 5-month-old Lamine Yamal. The Yamals won a raffle to get their son’s photo taken with a Barcelona player, and that 20-year-old player went on to become the GOAT. I love that this photo exists.

Who you got?? Spain or Argentina.

I am picking Spain to win it, but this Argentina team has figured out how to get it done. It would be fairly poetic for Messi to deliver back-to-back World Cup titles to put an exclamation point on his career as the GOAT.

Today’s Trivia:

I probably will end up doing more World Cup trivia next week, but there won’t be that many more opportunities.

Only two countries have ever won back-to-back World Cup titles.

Italy won back-to-back titles back in ‘34 and ‘38…

Name the only other country to win back-to-back World Cup titles
