Monday Trivia
My Weekend Highlights:
Thunder evened the series at 1-1, and Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final is tonight at 8pm ET on TNT/truTV.
American Coco Gauff claimed her first French Open title and second Grand Slam. The 21-year-old beat top-ranked Aryna Sabalenka in three sets.
On the men’s side, the final between Jannick Sinner (1) and Carlos Alcaraz (2) was incredible. In the fourth set, after Sinner took the first two and Alcaraz the third, Sinner had 3 “Championship Points.” After saving those 3 points and winning that game, he took the title almost 2 hours later. Unreal.
Alcaraz is 22 and Sinner is 23, so we hopefully get to enjoy this rivalry for a long time.
TODAY’S TRIVIA: Rafael Nadal retired, so I likely won’t be doing too many more questions on him in the near future.
Rafael Nadal went 112-4 at the French Open during his career. He won his first 4 titles in a row before losing in 2009, which was the only French Open that Roger Federer won.
Who did he lose to in that match?click to reveal |
Hint: This player never won a Grand Slam
Yesterday’s Trivia:
Patrick Mahomes is the only active player who has been on the Madden cover twice (’20 and ‘22). Tom Brady is the only other person who has been on twice (‘18 and ‘22)
53% of you answered that question correctly.
Second highest answer: Lamar Jackson
