Morning thoughts:

Championship Sunday did not disappoint. I get that the first game wasn’t the most exciting score-wise, but both ended up being battles until the very end.

Our Super Bowl is set: the Patriots taking on the Seahawks (also just saying, I called it).

As a Vikings fan, I have to complain about the two QBs in the Super Bowl: Drake Maye was the QB that HC Kevin O’Connell really coveted in the 2024 draft, and of course, they let Sam Darnold walk in free agency. We all have pain, but here’s mine.

Today’s Trivia:

Keeping things simple this morning. Former Bulls MVP Derrick Rose’s number was retired on Saturday in front of a sold-out crowd in his hometown of Chicago.
