Morning thoughts
Happy Friday! This week kicks off something new: the first ever MST Monthly Trivia Challenge.
Starting with today's trivia, every weekly score you put up in November adds to your overall total. The player with the most points at the end of the month is our first monthly champion and wins a custom MST hat. Every week counts, so don't skip one.
Also, new logo alert! Big shoutout to “Willy G-Unit” for all the help with the latest design.
Last week's winners
Champion: "Derek S"
It was a tough week: the top score was only 5 out of 11. Derek S and "MLB" both had 5, and Derek won it on the tiebreaker. His guess of 22 runners was 105 off, 13 closer than MLB.
Closest to the Pin: Tony from Jersey
Tony guessed 150 runners at the first New York City Marathon, just 23 off the actual 127.
Fun fact of the week
The Atlanta Dream fell to 0–4 in the WNBA Finals, tied with Connecticut for the most Finals appearances without a championship.
That fits a theme this fall. The Rays went 0–3 in the World Series, the most appearances of any MLB team that's never won it.
