Wednesday Trivia
TODAY’S TRIVIA: After all the sh*t the entire NBA world gave to Nico Harrison and the Mavericks, they overcome the 1.8% odds to win the draft rights to Cooper Flagg. It was the biggest leap ever to the top spot (they moved up 10 spots!).
In an effort to deter tanking, the bottom three teams had a 14% chance of winning the lottery. The NBA made this change in 2019, when the NBA’s worst record would have a 25% chance at the top pick.

Hint: This team plays in the Delta Center
Fun fact: This is the second time a city has had the top pick for both the NBA and WNBA. The only other time this happened was in 2003 when the Cleveland Cavaliers selected Lebron James and the Cleveland Rockers drafted LaToya Thomas.
This day in sports: On May 14, 2018, the US Supreme Court struck down the “Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA),” a law passed in 1992 that prohibited sports betting in most states. After ruling the law unconstitutional, it paved the way for states to determine whether sports betting would be legal or illegal.
Yesterday’s Trivia:
The ranking from yesterday represented Division 1 Women’s Softball. The college softball world series bracket was released earlier this week with the Aggies as the top seed.
