Wednesday Trivia
Morning thoughts:
I mentioned it the other day, but did you see the contract buyout amount for former Penn State head coach James Franklin? He is due $49 million to stop coaching.
Can you imagine having something like that in your contract? Wild.
It’s also only the second-highest college football buyout ever. Jimbo Fisher’s buyout from Texas A&M was roughly $77.5 million. Again, wild.
Today’s Trivia:
The Seattle Mariners are two games away from their first World Series after winning games 1 and 2 in Toronto. They have a chance to go up 3-0 tonight at 8:08pm ET on FS1.
Only one team has ever come back from down 3-0 in the ALCS.

Hint:
2004
Fun fact:
Another good fun fact about a fired head coach this week.
The Tennessee Titans fired HC Mike Callahan this week and have placed Mike McCoy as the interim HC. McCoy is now the 4th HC to coach the Titans in the last 15 years. He joins Munchak, Mularkey, and Vrabel.
One last fun thing: who is an eligible and viable head coaching replacement? Former Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy. It needs to happen.
